What makes me mad

The only thing I am not mad about is Pig found his van key .. in the pub .. but because it didn’t have a tag on it, no-one thought it was his ???????? I am mad that the staff in the pub are so f***ing thick that when I phoned up to ask if he had possibly lost it (and to check his van was still there and hadn’t been nicked) .. they said they hadn’t found a key .. WHICH THEY HAD they just didn’t know who it belonged to!!! DOH DOH DOH.

What made me continue being mad after the key episode was a story on the TV about some local kids who had attacked an OAP for his mobile phone! Helloo????????? What pensioner is going to have a hip, happening mobile phone? My mother’s is like a sodding brick it’s so old – you need to carry it round in a trolley … and the battery needs its own separate trolley!

Anyway this poor guy ended up in hospital, is afraid to go out etc etc etc .. and the kids?? Police haven’t managed to find them yet and when they do, they will no doubt be given a “stern telling off and sent to bed with no tea” .. yeah .. right .. oh and an “ASBO” .. hello? the reason these kids are running rampant round these ‘ere parts is because the KNOW they can’t be punished in any meaningful way! So PM .. get a fucking grip or fuck off!

What else has our beloved PM given us that I am mad about .. no smoking in public places (ok, so I secretly agree despite being a smoker .. BUT I don’t complain if I go somewhere and there is a No Smoking policy .. so people shouldn’t complain if they go somewhere and there is a smoking policy) – I also don’t complain when I go places and people’s children are running riot because they aren’t disciplined and can’t be!

What else? THE HUNTING BAN .. hello? What does Tony Blair actually know about this? He’s too busy off on a free holiday or starting wars with people (don’t let me get started on Tony Blair’s freeloading wife either!) Absofuckinglutely nothing! But hell, it’ll get him a few more votes so .. let’s ban it! Talk about living in another world (wish he did) .. he knows nothing about the countryside, the people who work there, their traditions, how fucking hard they work .. most of them working to put food on the tables of the British Public .. and then we all complain because the price of food is going up .. yes, that’s because the farmers lose more stock / crops through VERMIN! Foxes aren’t sweet, cuddly little things, they carry diseases and cause damage. You don’t hear people saying “ban killing rats” do you? No, they poison them and cause far more suffering than a short chase and an even briefer death for the fox. Do people think that the fox is actually chased for hours .. no the hounds follow the scent, once they are on the line .. they generally catch up with the fox and the final chase is short and .. well short!

I can’t stop Cat bringing mice and birds into the house to play with and then EAT .. I can’t stop dogs chasing bunnies and mice and rats and then EATING them (although not the rats)! Maybe I should turn them in to the police .. they are after all breaking the hunting ban!

I think I had better stop .. I’m getting carried away and may start being accused of something I am not .. I wasn’t actually that mad to start with .. more frustrated at stupid people .. but the more I started thinking about what made me mad .. the madder I became!

I shall leave my “what makes me mad” for another time when I’ve got absolutely nothing to say!
