May I just say that I have coped remarkably well with your getting up at 4.45 every morning for the last 3 months … HOWEVER .. please remember that when YOU get up, I am also disturbed and DON’T get back to sleep.  Therefore when you get up at 3.45 I am doubly disturbed!

Therefore this morning, when you accused me of being asleep .. funnily enough, actually I WAS!  Don’t fucking wake me up to tell me you are going you WANKER!  I don’t care if you are there or not!  (preferably the NOT!)

Consequently I am dealing with a complete wanker all day IN A FOUL MOOD, because I am FUCKING TIRED.  I don’t leave work and get in the pub at 2.30 .. and despite your lies I know you do every day!
