A good idea?

Last night for some reason not known to man nor beast (and very especially not me) I threw myself out of bed onto the floor .. luckily this bed is not very far from the floor (unlike some I have recently slept in), but the bruise on my backside is large and painful, especially as there is less padding there than there used to be.  I shall not be posting photos either here or on Facebook, but I just thought I ought to let you know!
