I’m screwed .. up!

having just re-read several of my last posts, my mind is definitely not any place sane!  Apologies .. normal service will hopefully be resumed soon – although I would be grateful if someone could define “normal” … as I, for one, have totally lost that part of the plot! 

For the moment however, please accept me pinging off the walls of this blogdom! (and that’s blogdom, not “blog, Dom”!)

Tuesday update ..

It’s 15:39 .. they sent me home from work at 12:30 because, quite frankly, I was pathetic – crying if someone was horrid, crying if someone was nice  .. I’ve been seeing “friends” since then and taking my mind off things .. nothing has happened in the time I have been away from the land of the interwebulator.  If this thing isn’t going to happen, then fine .. we’ll sell the house, I don’t have a problem with that it’s just that Pig was “buying me out” .. and it ain’t happened .. and it’s doing my head in!

To those out there with larger problems than mine, I apologise ..

Work Rant!

Coming on top of the highly charged frustration that is me today, my boss who is “on a break” and therefore cannot be disturbed – yeah, but it’s ok for him to phone ME on holiday and say “where does P keep the bank statements” .. my reply being “I don’t know why don’t you ring her”  has just left a message on my voicemail about me “harrassing” a member of his party with an e:mail about the crap service they’d had in one of his pubs (please also bear in mind that the party concerned are super-stonkingly wealthy and would have brought a fair amount of business to the restaurant concerned).

The message went along the lines of “doesn’t Peter deserve a break, why are you harrassing him with e:mails”.  Luckily for him I haven’t spoken to him yet, but when I do I shall be telling him that:

1. If Peter didn’t want to be “harrassed”, then he shouldn’t pick up his e:mails whilst “on a break”. 
2. If I had waited till Peter was back next week the matter would have been forgotten and it was a fairly important one – especially as he is trying to build up his chain of pubs based on the food and level of service.  So it was more of a “please look into at your convenience” type of message.
3. I don’t like being harrassed by HIM on my “breaks”.
4. Oh, and stuff your job!

I really am so angry and frustrated today I am dangerous!
